Manufacturers and suppliers across the contract furnishing industry are being encouraged to comply with the new Code of Best Practice formulated by the British Contract Furnishing Association (BCFA) as part of its strategy for the improved sustainability of world resources.

We now have a spreadsheet available to all members to enable you to calculate the carbon associated with your company operations.

A means of determining the carbon footprint of furniture supplied to the contract sector has been developed by the British Contract Furnishing Association (BCFA) and is now available exclusively to BCFA members.

BCFA fully supports the Furniture Industry Sustainability Programme for which some members have already qualified.
