BCFA Glasgow Networking

Join us for an evening of relaxed networking as we return to the beautiful Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel. Members have the opportunity to entertain their Specifier or A&D clients and socialise at this lovely venue. Members and guests will have exclusive use of the Rally Bar and Monte Carlo Suite. The BCFA have also organised an Interior Designer Guest Speaker for the evening:

Ian Burleigh, Executive Chairman of ICA

Ian will be covering the topic for designers and architects to have “Business Awareness” e.g. you design a business not a hotel, but to do so you need to be “Business Aware” and in tune with the needs and business environment of your clients and the location. Ian will be talking about how he has encourage the team at ICA to have this.  

Cost: £70+VAT which includes 2 welcome drinks and canapes. Welcome drinks will be served between 6pm-7pm, and canapes will be served from 7pm.

Timings: 6pm-11pm

Please note ticket purchases are restricted to a minimum of 4 tickets of which 2 must be for clients who are architects, interior designers or specifiers from commercial venues. If you wish to invite commercial clients or suppliers to the event, please check with us first as not all non BCFA manufacturers and suppliers are able to attend BCFA events.

3pm – 9pm - BCFA Members Mini Pop Up Exhibition

This year the BCFA are offering a new opportunity to exhibit at a mini pop up exhibition in the Monte Carlo Suite prior to the networking event. Members will be provided with a table and chairs and an opportunity to bring along samples, brochures and a pop-up banner. This is a chance for members to invite clients and talk about 2020 opportunities and showcase latest products. The BCFA will promote the pop-up exhibition but the emphasis will be for members to invite their clients to meet with them. We will supply refreshments for members and clients.

If your invited guests are staying for the networking event, we MUST receive guest information. If they are only staying for the mini exhibition, we do not require any guest information, but they will have to leave before 6pm.

The set up will be from 1.30pm and if you if you wish to ‘break down’ before the networking event, this must be done between 5.30pm and 6pm.

Cost: £140 + VAT for a space (we have 12 spaces available). Please note that you MUST purchase a minimum of 4 tickets for the networking event to access a space at the mini pop-up exhibition.
