BCFA Open Berlin Pop-Up Exhibition

Bookings are now open for our new Berlin Pop Up exhibition, to be held on Wednesday 6th May at the prestigious Artrium conference space at the British Embassy in Berlin. This is an opportunity for European interior designers, buyers, interior architects and specifiers to see high end British manufacturers who supply products and services across the full spectrum of commercial sectors including: Hospitality, Healthcare, Office and Education. The pop-up will follow our tested format of an afternoon opening and drinks reception late afternoon but with the addition of two top industry speakers in both sessions. The Event will be part of Berlin Design Week 4-10 May 2020. We are limited to just over 40 stands. 

What:

When: 
Wednesday 6th May 2020
9am-12.00 noon: Exhibitors arrival and set up.
Session 1: 12.30pm-3.45pm – Light sandwich lunch & refreshments for visitors & exhibitors. Keynote speaker in the Drum at 2.30pm. Session closes 3.45pm, only exhibitors can remain.
Session 2: 4.15pm-8pm – Drinks and canape reception for visitors & exhibitors (Drinks/canapes served from 4.30pm onwards to close). Keynote speaker at 7.00pm in the Drum. Session closes at
8pm – visitors leave.
Breakdown: 8pm-9pm: Exhibitors removal of goods and exit venue. Venue must be clear by 9pm.

Where: 
The prestigious and stunning ArtTrium conference space at the British Embassy Berlin, situated one street away from the Brandenburg Gate. Exhibitors must be aware that product entering the Embassy will be security scanned. As traffic is not allowed in the road in front of the Embassy, product will have to be hand carried for a short distance to gain entry. There is lift to the conference space. Cost:
£1,700 plus VAT, payable in full by invoice on booking. Included in the cost is a 4ft x 2’6 trestle table, tablecloth and one chair, refreshments, marketing and PR – inclusion in a printed brochure that will be mailed out to interior designers, buyers, interior architects and specifiers in Germany and available on the day. Each company will receive an exhibitor page which includes an image, up to 250 words description on the company, contact details and stand number.
