Loyalty and Love Leads Top Hotel Designers to Sleep 2017
Sleep, Europe’s hotel design and development event, returns 21-22 November to London’s Business Design Centre with the theme “Loyalty: Lessons in Love”. Through diverse features and perspectives, the 2017 event offers a thought-provoking exploration of how hospitality surroundings and experiences can spark and strengthen loyalty. A unique collaboration with Ipsos Loyalty, the global leader in customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty research, seeks to consider how to create amazing experiences that connect with customers emotionally, leave lasting memories and inspire guests to share their love of a hotel.
The Sleep Set competition returns with international designers partnering with FF&E suppliers, often BCFA members, to interpret the event’s theme into physical hotel environments. Amongst over 150 high-quality exhibitors are many BCFA companies such as Elegant Clutter, Best Stand winner at Sleep 2016, and GROHE, the event’s Founder Sponsor and host of the VIP Lounge. Designed afresh each year, the 2017 Sleeper Bar will reveal the Sundukovy Sisters’ witty creativity through a concept suggesting how “loyalty is born out of our inner and outer worlds coming together”. The free-to-attend Conference spans both days and features keynotes from luminaries Tristan Auer and Jeffrey Beers, along with panels including numerous other design leaders.
