About the role:
National Sales Manager to lead, coordinate and manage the Area Sales & Telesales Teams across the UK.
Manage key wholesaler accounts, setting direction of business in commodity & decorative sector.
Work with the wider sales team to develop product and market strategy & drive business development.
Customer visits – SLA setting, dealing with service issues, new product presentation.
Understanding wider sales teams and understanding all opportunities for business development.

Expected qualifications and experience:
Demonstrable, significant experience providing inspiring leadership, motivation and team cohesion.
Able and willing to drive on a regular basis.
Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
